What can I expect from the event?
We invite you to Wish Cat Theme Park Seoul! Under the theme of "Wishes Come True," this is Korea's first interactive family theme park where children bring their own imaginations to life right before their eyes. Within a space created by cutting-edge technology combining AI and AR media, children become main characters in their own stories, just like Anna in Wishcat. It's a moment where light twinkles, characters talk back, and imagination turns into reality—a place where your child's dream unfolds like a magical scene. Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Insa Central Museum Hello Insadong B1, 49 Insadong-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned/heated venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 1-2 hours at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There is a cafe located inside the venue where you can purchase food/drinks.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is paid parking available in the venue.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there merchandise available for purchase?
Merchandise is available for purchase at the MD shop located inside the venue.
Access
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Wish Ticket: Yes, entry is only permitted on your selected date and time. We recommend arriving at the time specified on your ticket. Late arrivals are permitted up to 15 minutes past the designated time, but please note that this may result in a wait at the venue. Star/Rainbow Ticket: Entry is only permitted on your selected date, but the entry time is flexible (10:00 AM – 6:30 PM).
Is the venue accessible?
This is an accessible venue, with wheelchair access.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes there is a restroom located inside the venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Please note that commercial filming is not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the onsite staff at the venue.
Are there storage lockers available?
Yes, there are storage lockers available behind the elevators on the 1st floor of Hello Insadong
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 3 years old will be allowed in for free.
Is there a nursing room at the venue?
A nursing room (or lactation room) equipped with diaper changing facilities is located on the 3rd floor of the venue.
Which items are prohibited at the experience?
Please note that food and beverages are not allowed inside the exhibition. Dangerous items (including weapons, fireworks) are prohibited inside the exhibition.
Is smoking allowed at the event?
Smoking is prohibited inside the exhibition center.
